But given his troubles at Wolves, it looks like he’s headed for relegation in January.
Given the huge sum Wolves paid for Fabio Silva and the fact that his contract runs until 2026, a permanent move to Celtic is unlikely.
But don’t rule out rental agreements.

Look, his just five goals and six assists in 72 games for the Wolves isn’t a great rating.
But that’s not all.
He didn’t play for an attack-oriented team, he joined as a teenager, went out on loan and was used sporadically, and he’s only 21 years old.
There’s still a lot to get out of Silva and if Celtic can secure his talent then he would be a great addition to the team.
And most importantly, he’s someone who fits into the core of Rodgers’ system.
That’s necessary since there are doubts about his performance this season.
