However, there are indications that coach O’Neill is looking to add another winger to his team, with Hwang Hee-chan currently playing for South Korea at the Asian Cup.

Manager Matt Hobbs said Tuesday that he would not make any risky moves because the Wolves are considering profit and sustainability rules.

Clarke has been in great form so far this season, scoring 12 goals in 26 games in the Championship.
The Northern Echo reports that interested clubs are expected to value Clarke at up to £15 million.
It’s certainly unlikely that Clark will sign with the Wolves.
Given the level of interest in Clarke and his apparent valuation of at least £15m, it is very difficult to see Wolves making a move for the player this month.
All signs point to Wolves making a cheap signing or loan deal this month, and £15m may be too much for the player, even when sales are taken into account.
Clarke is a talented player, but the Wolves aren’t all that keen on him, and recruiters will no doubt find someone cheaper.
Clarke signed for Tottenham Hotspur a few years ago but only made a handful of first-team appearances and never played in the Premier League.
He actually worked with former Wolves manager Nuno Espirito Santo, but of course his time as North London Giants manager was short-lived.
However, Clarke struggled to make an impression on him, making just two matchday appearances and one appearance before joining Sunderland on loan in January 2022.
Clark has now managed to get back on his feet and is said to be “thriving” under Tony.
