The Texas Longhorns suffered a serious injury after the Big 12 Championship, and Steve Sarkisian provided an update on the situation Wednesday.
TEXAS – Wednesday was dominated by the early signing period for the Texas Longhorns.
However, practice was still being held for the College Football Playoff semifinal game against the Washington Huskies on January 1st in New Orleans.
Luckily for the Horns, there are still 12 days until the game.
The team had plenty of time to recover after key players such as Austin Jordan, Xavier Worthy, and Ryan Watts finished their season with hard-fought regular seasons while battling injuries.
In his post-signing press conference, Sarkisian updated the status of all three players and seemed very happy with how they are currently undergoing rehabilitation.
“Everything 100 percent?
I don’t know.
I know they look fast.
They were running around.
” That’s a really positive thing considering we still have two weeks until the game.
” “I think everything is going in the right direction on that front and they were on the right track,” Sarkisian said.

“That’s great.
” I think everyone can participate in the ballgame, and we’re lucky in that respect.
We should be able to get everyone back in a month.
