Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers has revealed that Liel Abada was not in the ‘appropriate’ frame of mind to play after missing the Liel Abada Cup game against St Mirren.
Last week, the winger came on as a substitute in a dramatic 2-1 Premiership victory over Hibs. He was not picked to the side to face the Buddies in Paisley, as Kyogo and Daizen Maeda goals sealed a 2-0 win and progression to the next.
